There’s So Much Happening at Explore Park

It’s been a busy summer at Explore Park with the addition of campsites and a disc golf course. But that’s not all; it’s actually just the beginning.

Here’s a little update on what’s happening at Explore Park.

• Camping: Tipis, primitive sites, and wall tents are open to enjoy. Tree canopy platforms by the river will open this fall.
• Cabins and yurts: Construction began this week on the road and bathhouse to where the cabins will be located. Cabins and yurt will be opening in October.
• Bike park: Grant applications have been submitted and the extent to which will be built out depends on the amount of grants received. Stay tuned.
• Equestrian access: Niagara Ranch equestrian center opened a few weeks ago. Summer camps will happen over the next four weeks and by fall trail rides should also be available to the general public.
• Treetop Quest: Construction of the aerial adventure course will begin this winter and will open in spring 2019.
• Disc golf: The Mayflower Hills Disc Golf Course features 18-holes through a varied and diverse terrain including fields, woods and hills.
