Details: Party in the front, party in the back! Meet up at Starr Hill in Roanoke for a fun, no-drop mountain bike ride on Mill Mountain. Bring a few bucks for beer after the ride. The ride duration is generally around 90 minutes.

Details: Everyone is welcome (road and gravel riders too)! Meet at 5:30 pm on the covered patio at Roanoke Mountain Adventures. We’ll take one of several routes up Mill Mountain to the star, then enjoy a thrilling descent back to RMA for (BYOB) post-ride refreshments. You can also hit the Wasena Tap House for dinner or drinks.
The Mill Mountain trail system features intermediate trails with a lot of climbing. We always endeavor to ensure that no riders are dropped, but don’t underestimate the effort.
Fleet Feet Pub Run & Walk at Big Lick Brewing Company

Details: Join us at Big Lick for a run or walk, delicious beer and great company. Announcements will get started at 6pm, then we’ll take you on a 3 mile route along the outskirts of Downtown and the Lick Run Greenway. 4 miles and 4.75 miles routes are also available. Invite your friends and family, this is a family-friendly event. Kids are welcome, they just must have a parent or guardian in-tow.
When you’re done, cool off with an ice cold beer from Big Lick! All Pub runners and walkers will get $1 OFF their first beer, courtesy of Big Lick. You can order food from neighboring Tuco’s or Beamer’s, or bring your own! Big Lick will be open on Tuesday’s from 6-9pm.

Details: This ride is open to any individual with a female or non-binary gender identity. The ride is an approachable sub-10 mile no drop social ride. Ride whatcha got with the goals being to have fun, make friends, and ride bikes. Stick around after the ride for drinks at the shop or at one of the many restaurants in Grandin Village.
