Outdoor culture for all.

For the past two years, Roanoke Outside has been proud to support the nonprofit, Humble Hustle Company, Inc. to develop the Humble Hikes program which encourages black youth participation in outdoor adventures.

Would you like to learn more or get involved?

Join founder Xavier Duckett and his crew August 30 for Outdoor Culture Part 1 – a series of interactive interest meetings to empower and educate black youth on outdoor opportunities.

Outdoor Culture invites kids between the ages of 10-15 to engage in outdoor skill stations that will introduce them to hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, and rock climbing.

  • When: August 30 (originally scheduled for 8/15 but postponed due to rain)
