Yoga For Runners 10 class Series is great for anyone looking for flexibility and a regular Sunday practice with yoga teacher, Erica Austin. All 10 classes are $100.

Yoga is a perfect complement to running. It creates a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance, increases mind-body awareness, focus and improves breathing. You’ll learn how yoga can help prevent running injuries, use yoga postures to help strengthen and stretch the whole body and increase breath capacity to improve your peformance.
