Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

(18+,10+ with adult) That’s right folks—we said stand up paddle board AND yoga! This class is the perfect opportunity to explore SUP Yoga and do something fun in the water during the winter months. You will experience the ultimate combination of balance and focus in a new indoor setting while still practicing classic yoga poses and techniques. Our experienced instructor will help you learn the proper stance for balance and control on a stand-up paddleboard while exercising traditional yoga form and alignment. All equipment and leadership is provided. Prior Yoga experience is not necessary, but extremely beneficial. You must be able to swim.
