Tone, sculpt, and strengthen in this moderately paced Asana class combining weights, conditioning, and core work in a heated room. Designed to improve muscle tone, build stability, and strengthen core, this warm class includes Vinyasa style sun salutations, asana variations using hand weights, and a mat practice for core stabilization and strength.
