The first Thursday of every month, Cardinal Bicycle in Grandin will hold a free Women’s Night session from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m..  It is requested to RSVP, but it is not mandatory — walk-ins are welcome!  The tentative schedule is as follows:

February 3:  Women’s – specific Nutrition and Training

March 3:  Basic Bike Maintenance and Flat Repair

April 7:  Skills Clinic

May 5:  Intro into Bike Commuting
