An event every month that begins at 9:00 am on day Second of the month, repeating until October 9, 2022
Location: Explore Park
Sponsored by Roanoke Valley Master Naturalist (rvmasternaturalists.org) at Explore Park.Many women love the outdoors, nature and hiking but just don’t feel comfortable venturing out on their own. To get the most out of a nature hike, everyone needs to be relaxed and open to the experience. Meet other women who enjoy nature, getting outside and having fun.
Takes place the 2nd Saturday of each month, May through October (5/15, 6/11, 7/9, 8/13, 9/10, and 10/8).
9:00 – 10:30 AM
Meet at the Explore Park Visitor’s Center
Free – No pre-registration required
Bring water, wear comfortable, safe footwear – sunscreen and insect repellent suggested.
