We’re half-way through summer.  As we begin our celestial tour, the Milky Way is emerging from the lingering dusk and climbing higher above us.  Nearer the southeastern horizon, Saturn and Jupiter are visible, while in the west brilliant Venus has nearly set.  Leave the heat and city glow behind for a while and join us for views of these and other objects of the mid-summer sky.
