(18+) Play Roanoke, the Roanoke Diversity Center, and Roanoke Outside are teaming up to offer a new queer adventure series to bring together members of the LGBTQ community for outdoor adventures and fellowship. The first outing will be a 2.5 mile hike on Mill Mountain, followed by drinks at Starr Hill brewery. The second outing will be sit-on-top kayaking at Carvins Cove, followed by dinner and drinks at Hollywood’s Restaurant. And the last outing will be rock climbing and bouldering at River Rock climbing gym, followed by dinner and drinks at Wasena Taphouse. Join us for one outing, or all three. Leadership, instruction, and equipment provided. Transportation and food/drink are on your own.  *Participants must be able to swim for the kayak outing.
