Claiming Your Herbal Avatar: The Power of Herbs for Well-Being

May 19, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Location: Morningside Urban Farm

Join us at the Morningside Urban Farm as we launch a new 3-part series on herbs and well-being, addressing mind, body, and spirit. During this first series, led by Dr. Mary Souder, PhD, we will embark on a journey of discovery and inner calm using aromatic herbs for inspiration, grounding, and spiritual connection. We will chart a path and journal your progress for success. What is your intention for well-being: wisdom, devotion, love, remembrance, meditation, or maybe something different…? Come and connect with your inner spirit!

Registration is required. To register, please click here and/or contact Carilion Direct at (540) 266-6000/(800) 422-8482.

Registration deadline: 12:00pm on Thursday, May 19th.

Please park on the Morningside Urban Farm side of the street. This event is free and open to everyone. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
