Step into 2018 Challenge Starts This Week

Set a new step goal on your way to better health in 2018.

The Fleet Feet Sports Step into 2018 Challenge includes 8 weeks of walks/runs/meetings, newsletters, access to coaches, and an opportunity to earn $40 dollars in Fleet Feet bucks.

And there are plenty of prizes for logging steps.

The challenge runs from Dec. 2 through Jan. 27 with a goal of keeping you moving all winter (when it is sometimes the toughest to stay motivated). There are options to do the entire 8 weeks, or break them up into 4 week segments.

Here’s how it works:

  • First, sign up online.
  • Workouts/meetings are Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. at the Fleet Feet Sports Pub Run at the Green Goat.
  • Steppers will meet with Coach Tim at that time, submit steps, cover some cool topics, and hit the Greenway at the same time as the Pub Run. (You can also submit steps using an online form.)
  • Start walking and running. (We totally suggest you log your steps outside. Here are a few hikes to get you started.)
