Wait … you haven’t registered for the Roanoke Mustache Ride on Oct. 1. What’s your problem?

The ride mixes bikes and plenty of zany antics. You don’t need to have a lot of bike skills to master this one. (Need more incentive, there will be tasty beverages along the way.)

The gist of the mustache ride is to dress up in crazy costumes, cruise around in a pack on bikes, make a big scene (the good kind), and check out some of the city’s best bars and restaurants. Registration includes one Deschutes or Parkway beverage of your choice at Sweet Donkey, fake mustaches and swag, tour guides for the crazy adventure, happy hour specials, and prizes.

Aside from all the fun, the best part of this ride might be that it helps keep the Roanoke GO Outside Festival free. Proceeds go to support all the things you love about the three day outdoor festival – Oct. 14-16. Plus, the organizers of the festival are taking part in the ride, so you can share your thoughts about the festival with them.
