Paddling Film Festival Comes to Chaos Mountain Brewing

A national paddling film festival is making a stop in Franklin County this spring.

The Paddling Film Festival World Tour features short films with some of the coolest whitewater adventures you’ll see on the big screen. The lineup is sure to be spectacular.

Last year’s films included paddling action from around the globe with a mix of high adventure and some more serene moments on the water.

This year, the festival is making a stop at Chaos Mountain Brewing on March 7. The event is hosted by Franklin County Parks and Recreation. Social hour begins at 5 p.m. with local paddling videos at 6 p.m., followed by the World Tour films at 7 p.m.

Admission is free; buy a $5 raffle ticket for a chance at prizes (including a kayak) and all proceeds will benefit paddling club Creek Freaks of Franklin County.
