Learn the Ins and Outs of Running Injuries
Every runner knows that at some point he or she is likely to fall victim to an injury.
But do you know how to prevent injuries and take care of yourself if you get hurt?
Dr. Daryl Rich, of Core Chiropractic and Wellness, will offer a workshop, “Running Injuries: How to Fix Them, How to Prevent Them,” on Monday, Feb. 12 at Fleet Feet Sports. The workshop is from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. and is free, but you do need to register.
This will be an interactive clinic, so come prepared to do some light exercises. Dress comfortably, and bring a water bottle.
