That’s right folks, we said stand up paddle board AND yoga! You will experience the ultimate combination of balance and focus in a new setting while still practicing classic yoga poses and techniques. Our experienced instructor will help you learn the proper stance for balance and control on a stand-up paddleboard while exercising traditional yoga form and alignment. All equipment and leadership is provided. Prior Yoga experience is not necessary, but extremely beneficial.You must be able to swim.
